the breakfast was just ok, definitley not worth raving about. It’s quite bizarre to see a salad bar as the highlight, I expected more! also, I encountered multiple issues with the air conditioning, which was quirky at best. As a guest who pays, I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but was completely overlooked. Guess that’s just standard here.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. the bed was really comfy with 2 kinds of pillows, which was a nice touch. breakfast was awesome with lots of choices to fill up on. the hotel is in a good location for business. had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

the sauna area could use some attention with mould spots and paint peelin. also, the underground parking was a surprise charge that i wasn’t told about before.

The air conditioning was quirky, and the balcony view was lovely.

Terrible customer service overshadowed our stay, with the air conditioning malfunctioning. the breakfast was outstanding, featuring a variety of delicious options that redeemed some aspects of our experience.

the mercure offered a great spa with relaxing massages and helpful staff. i really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, which added a nice touch to my stay. breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The breakfast spread includes a decent array of hot and cold options, showcasing a unique salad bar that's heavily featured. The view from the balcony provided a nice touch, making for a pleasant spot to unwind.

Rooms were oddly designed with cramped layouts and weak water pressure in the shower on higher floors. A few lamps had broken wires and some features, like the hammams in the spa, were non-functional. The air conditioning behaved unpredictably, and numerous basic amenities, like functional towels in the spa, fell short of expectations. the hotel had a peculiar restriction against ordering food from outside delivery services, which is unusual for most places.

The spa was relaxing, and the pool area was nice. the room amenities were comfortable, and the internet worked well. I enjoyed orderings and eating large portions from the restaurant!

The breakfast was really good! Lots of tasty hot options to munch on. I did have a pretty annoying experience with the staff at times, though. the location is kinda isolated with no shops nearby, so you're stuck eating at the hotel most of the time. Could use some better rooms, honestly.
